The global measurement standard for improved performance
COMBINE360 TESTING PROGRAM TO BE OFFERED IN THE CAPITAL REGION Performance Testing for High School Athletes
Empire State Combine360 will be open to Capital Region high school freshmen, sophomores and juniors beginning this fall. The program, a joint venture between Joseph Shields of Speed-Strength-Fitness, Ron Greenfield of No Limits Fitness, and Joe Carmola, former educator and coach, has the only Combine360-certified training/assessment team authorized to do C360 testing in this area.
Combine360 is the global measurement standard for improved sports performance, health and fitness for both male and female athletes. It creates a benchmark and customized recommendation for improving athletic performance for student athletes who participate in lacrosse, football, soccer and hockey, and is designed to provide the one true measure of each athlete’s potential.
By attending Combine360, student athletes can find out their true athletic potential and validate their skills, while showing college recruiters that they take themselves and their games seriously. Participants’ performance scores can be posted on the Combine360 website for college coaches to view, helping in the athletic recruiting process.
The Empire State Combine360 program will continue to be offered at various locations throughout the Capital Region, and is designed for high school and college athletes. For more information, contact Joe Carmola at 518.588.5775 or carmolaj@gmail.com.

Power - Upper body
Medball Seated: Isolates the power generated in the upper body.
Power - Lower body
Vertical Jump: Tests the ability to elevate the body upwards from a standstill.

Vision is one of the most overlooked elements to athletic success despite virtually every athlete requiring hand-eye coordination, quick reactions and the ability to see and swiftly process information. These tests measure the six main movements performed by the eyes - left, right, up, down, near and far.
NEAR/FAR ACCOMODATION
Ability to accommodate and switch focus. The higher the score, the better.
SACCADIC MOVEMENT - HORIZONTAL
Ability to use rapid bilateral eye movements left and right. The higher the score, the better.
SACCADIC MOVEMENT - VERTICAL
